“AGOC’s First Annual Primitive Christmas Tree Contest”

If you are like most primitive lovers, you look forward every year to creating the perfectly decorated Christmas tree!
Once your tree is decorated this year, snap a photo and email it (along with your name) to rubysrust@yahoo.com. You will then be entered in AGOC’s first annual Primitive Christmas Tree Contest!
We will accept your submissions from November 24th thru December 8th. All Christmas tree photos will be posted on the website December 9th. On-line voting will begin December 9th and end December 15th (midnight/Central Time).
The winner will be announced one week before Christmas, on December 18th! An awesome prize will be provided by the talented artists, Nette and Michelle, from “The Primitive Pear” for the tree that receives the most votes.
Make sure to tell your friends and family to come see all the beautiful trees next month and vote!
Turn on that Christmas music, heat up some hot cocoa, and get busy decorating that tree!

November's Featured Crow!!!!!

Megan from Stitchin' The Day Away!!!
My name is Megan.... After growning up making fun of my moms decorating choice of primitives, thinking some of the stuff looked like it came from someones trash, I know have the same love & wish I had a few of her pieces in my home!! So now I have found the same love for things old & "primitive"... I love going to auctions & flea markets always looking for something I have to have!!

I started crafting & selling about 4 years ago, I decided to give ebay a try after I quit my job to visit family over Thanksgiving one year. My manager said I had to make a choice & I did!!! My family is more important to me & this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!! I have been given the opportunity to do what I have always loved & have met so many wonderful people along the way!! This past year my business has really evolved & expanded...
In August, I joined the ebay group " A Gathering of Crows ", what an awesome group of ladies....always willing to help each other out w/ advice or just an open ear!!

September brought my new website... This has been a dream of mine since I started selling & has been a true joy to see come to life!! Look for many new additions over the next few months!!
